var iety of schools (Three
separate high schools, and four
elementary schools) throughout
his career.
Given the large number of cases
that Dr. Perna treats who have
learning challenges (over 90%)
he is constantly communicating
with educators in public and
private school settings. He
attends school meetings usually
2-3 times each week as he
supports his patients’ academic
